Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note that custom-made and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund accordingly.
